Justin Narducci serves as the President and CEO of CURE International, among the largest pediatric surgical hospital networks in the world. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s strategy to provide high-quality surgical care and intentional ministry support to children living with disabilities.
He joined CURE in June 2020 and brings over 15 years of faith-based nonprofit leadership and international business experience to the position. Justin began his career with The Boeing Company in its international finance and contracting departments. Prior to joining CURE International, Justin served for seven years as the President/CEO of Lifewater International. He holds a master of business administration in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s in business administration.
He serves on the advisory board of The Global Surgery Foundation and as a board member for Christian Connections for International Health.
